Remote Backup cannot proceed due to an SSH access failure. Remote Backup cannot proceed due to a failed RSYNC Test

Hi, I am trying to do a remote backup between two my cloud personal storages but im getting this error “Remote Backup cannot proceed due to an SSH access failure. Remote Backup cannot proceed due to a failed RSYNC Test”

Can i get some assistance

It seems that the SSH port (22) and remote backup port (873) may be blocked by the router. It is recommended to check the ports of your router or it is recommended to connect the My Cloud device with the router that support UPnP and UPnP is enabled.

It is recommended to configure the router by contacting ISP in order to open the SSH and remote backup port and re-configure the remote backup on the My Cloud device again by referring the link given below.

Can you please advise on how to check if the ports are blocked on the router.
