Back up data to another WD My Cloud Mirror in or outside your network - Fail

Hi hope someone can help.

I am trying to backup my My Cloud Mirror to another My Cloud Mirror outside of my network. I have faithfully followed the guidance below;

However I am getting the follwoing two failure messages;

Remote Backup cannot proceed due to an unknown SSH host.

Remote Backup cannot proceed due to a failed RSYNC Test.

Both routers used are Virgin Media Superhub’s with port forwarding enabled and the same values used SSH 22 (in) 22(out) and Remote Backup 873 (in) 873 (out).

Hello eevilweevil77, I recommend you to review the steps from 74 of the manual. If the problem continues I recommend you to contact support for further assistance.

Thanks have already tried this. 

I have opened a case with support so hopefully will get resolved will post solution when I get it up and running.
