I have setup my MyCloud EX2 drive with remote access by enabling WebDAV. I have a “Public” folder and “Private” folder created. The public folder is open to all users that are setup. The private folder is restricture to UserA. From a remote location, I can map a drive which is linked to “Public” without any problems. When I try to map a drive to the “Private” folder, I an unable to login. If I change the setting on the Private folder to “Public”, I am able to login. It seems like the permission scheme does not seem to work. Any suggestions?

Verify if the user has permission to access that private share.
