I’ve just bought a WD My cloud EX2 Ultra.
I wanted to make shares that where only accessible for a few users with using a password.
I got to the part of the user accessibility, read/write, read, or access denied.
When I go to the part of that is only accessible for a certain user, I enter the username + password.
I then expect to enter that particular folder, however I get a message that the folder I’m trying to access that I don’t have to correct permission level (I however have it on read/write accessibility)
I followed the manual, but I don´t know what I´m doing wrong.
Can you please help
