I have gone through the forum and could not find the solution hence a new thread. Till yesterday I was able to get remote access to MyCloud from external (my mob on data connection). But today it stopped. I have enabled UPnP in my router TP-Link WR841N. There is no entry in the UPnP table in router. I saw it come for a moment and disappear. Remote access is enabled and following is the message:
Connection Status Connected (Relay connection established) For best performance, enable UPnP on your router to establish a direct connection.
Restarted the NAS and got this now: Connection Status Connected Port forwarding connection established.
Even the entries are visible in UPnP menu of Router
But access through mob still does not get established.
