Hi all,
been having a bunch of troubles with the my cloud since I moved house.
Everything internally works fine but external access is a nightmare. Have given static ip and setup upnp. Works for a bit and can access through the app but then it stops.
on the web portal it says connected with port forwarding.
I’ve tried also setting up ports manually in the web portal and setting up port forwarding on the router but no joy.
Any ideas?
