Can't get remote access to work

Hello.

Remote access have worked before, but now I just can’t get access outside my network. I’ve tried both through a browser and the android app, without luck.

When trying to use the easy way, by using the auto connect funktion it says "Connected (Relay connection established)
For best performance, enable UPnP on your router to establish a direct connection. "
UPnP is turned on in my Router and have worked before, but now it dosen’t.

It simply comes up with the error ‘905 Network connection failure’.

I have now tried playing around with portforwarding for the first time. And I simply cannot get it to work.

Could someone explain what I’m doing wrong ? I have added screenshots from my router and Mycloud.

Try changing the internal ports to 80 and 443 repsectively.

I might also suggest not using a port range (8080 to 8443), but using single port entries (8080 and 8443). Otherwise, you have a whole bunch of ports open. That’s assuming I’m interpreting the router settings correctly.

I don’t use a static IP setting on the MyCloud. Instead, I leave it as DHCP, and use the router to fix the DHCP-allocated IP address.

Thanks ! I found out that I hadn’t probably opened the ports, now it seems to work

Could you please take a look, and tell me if it’s correct how it’s set up ?
As I said, I have never tried portforwarding before.

Oh, and don’t mind the ‘Service names’ I just wrote something while doing trial and error
