Remote access Disbled

Hi,
I am unable to connect to my WD my cloud using my phone. when I try connecting it is showing 'Remote Access Disabled. So when checked they connection status was failing so as per the knowledge base article, I did switch off my cloud and restart it again after sometime but still the connection is failing.

@GlennB After shutting your device down and rebooting it, what are the LED’s both front and back doing? How about the connection to your router, what does it show?

@cat0w The LEDs at the front isnt at all blicking or lighting up but the ones at the back do blink as usual.
The connection to the router is stable it is static ip.

Sounds like a 1st generation My Cloud. What do you have showing in the Dashboard in Settings>General> Cloud Access, Connection?

This is what we get.

to re-state
before the issue was occurring
front side a blue light was blinking and the lights behind also was blinking.
But now
no light in the front side and back light is blinking as usual.
