Recovering a Safepoint

Hello Everyone,

I recently purchased WD My Cloud 2tb and had loaded all of my data onto it. I also used a 1tb seagate external hard drive to create a safe point. Since then I saw the 3tb My Cloud was only ten dollars more and purchased that. I have now been trying to restore the safepoint I created earlier and I am unable to. It does not load. It has been sitting at 0kb loaded of 340gb for two hours. Any suggestions.

When you go to the safepoint section on the dashboard, is the safepoint visible from the external drive? In other words, the device detects the safepoint on the USB drive.
