Hi, first of all i want to (permanently) disable the cloud access of my WDMyCloud.
I have already tried to disable is in the dashboard. But after sometime it i can see that is gets activated again. I already disabled it several times and i it gets activated again.
Is that a bug?
Yes its a bug of sorts. Happens to me from time to time to on a first gen single bay v4.x My Cloud. Normally it stay off for me. But once in a while it somehow reverts to being turned on.
One could, if their router supports it, block outbound and inbound network access to the My Cloud IP address at the router.
