PR4100 Brick! Power light flashing blue, 4 second and 40 second reset does not work, Arrow up and down buttons not working

It wont get past the Welcome to WD My Cloud PR4100 screen. Power light flashes blue. Arrow buttons don’t work and it won’t reset with a paperclip? Please help!

I have added the rescue files for PR2100. Simply put all the files (not the rescue directory) on the root a FAT formatted USB drive. If you’re unable to restore the My Cloud OS, feel free to use my Ubuntu boot image to create a dump of your internal flash.

sudo dd if=/dev/mmcblk0 of=mmc.img bs=1M

Then check filesystems

sudo e2fsck /dev/mmcblk0p2
sudo e2fsck /dev/mmcblk0p3
sudo e2fsck /dev/mmcblk0p4
sudo e2fsck /dev/mmcblk0p5
sudo e2fsck /dev/mmcblk0p6

Afterwards, check for IO errors related to the internal flash.

This problem has also occurred with my device. The device suddenly disconnected from the router and could not be reset. The IP address and default access method could not be connected to the device. The IP address in the LAN could not be accessed. The blue light on the device panel is normal.
