Plex from PR2100 will not load on Computer after configured

I load Plex APP on PR2100 and when I configure it. The Window computer will not recognized the Plex address. I have other MY Cloud Ultra and PR4100 unit that are load on Plex without problem. I have already tried restoring the PR2100 to default and that did not work.

Thank you for the suggestion. I updated the Plex version but it still didn’t connect
