Hi, I cannot get my plex to work on my pr2100. after installing and i click configure, i get an error message that says " This site can’t be reached 192.168.0.9 refused to connect.". I’ve tried reinstalling it and doing a full factory reset. what am i missing?

Generally one method of access is using a web browser and going to the this URL.
