Plex Cant reach server

HI, i recently did a full restore on my PR2100. I installed plex and now cannot connect to my server. i have tried the links in previous posts, but that doesn’t seem to work.

*follow-up: i fixed it. i had to create a partition.

First, if you did a full restore its possible your My Cloud has changed it’s IP address and device name. Double check you are using the correct My Cloud name or IP address to access the device. Default My Cloud PR2100 access address: http://mycloudpr2100 or http://mycloudpr2100.local. Try accessing the My Cloud Dashboard as a troubleshooting step.
