Connecting to Existing PR2100 After A Move

I have a PR2100 that I use for backup and a PLEX server.
I had it connected at a previous house before a move and I am trying to get it going again.
I plugged it into my router in the same position as it was at the other house and the plex server didn’t start (it has been unplugged for around 1 month).
I tried to connect to the unit via wifi with the smb connection that I used before and it wouldn’t connect. I tried using the mycloud app and the online login and none of those connected. I also connected the cable direct to my laptop and tried using the mycloud.local addresses that I saw in a user guide - nothing.
I need some help with getting things up and going again.
Anyone help out?

As an update, I can ping the previous IP that I believe I had associated with the drive - I think I gave it a static IP to avoid problems with remote access.
