Trying to upgarde my MyCloudMirror Gen 2 to OS5. Done the firmware upgrade. Login into dashboard but there’s no button anywhere to start the OS 5 upgrade.
Same here on an EX2 Ultra something is going on with the Firmware Update Server today.
Does it say it needs a firmware upgrade or do you see a green checkmark in the box?
I was able to upgrade from os3 to os5 apparently successfully, then the nas stated it had to reboot and not to power down during reboot. this was well over a week ago. the nas is clearly communicating with the router, based on flickering leds on both the nas and router. however, the router no longer recognizes that port (#3) as active. anyone else have this issue? if so, what’s the resolution?
