On my WD My Cloud lights only white LED. In manual is: after start flashes white LED, after it lights white LED, after about 3 mins flashes blue LED a WDMC is ready. But my LED is only white. I many times turned off and on, but LED was only white. I don´t see WDMC in my network, I don´t see WDMC in Android aplication. Do you have any tip for me?

Is this a new mycloud? Or existing? if existing approximatly how many files, and what types?
any recent changes?

I reseted WDMC witout any effect.
what type of reset did you do?
do a system only restore. unplug the mycloud, press and hold the reset button, apply power and continue to hold for 40 seconds. then be patient again
if no change after a day contact WD support
