One of 4 new disks is degraded. Replace it?

Hello everyone,

i just bought 4 new WD-Red Disks (4TB each) for my EX4100 and setup RAID10.

After two weeks one LED of one Disk is constantly red and it says, it has degraded.

I restarted it and it was rebuilding until everything was fine again: RAID was fine and the health-status of any disk as well!

But after a few hours, the problem came back: Red light and degraded again.

Should i renew that disk? I cannot really believe, that a disk can be damaged that soon :wink:
