Even though I have the most up to date firmware (auto update) recommended on your site (2.41.116) I do not get any of the options for upgrading to OS5 on the dashboard.
From what I’m reading about OS5, perhaps I don’t want to?

I don’t see any option. Just the firmware version and healthy status.
Post a screenshot of what you are seeing. It may help others diagnose your issue.
Does the My Cloud Dashboard > Settings > Network > Network Profile > Status indicate a internet connection? If there is no internet connection the unit won’t check for firmware and indicate a newer version.
You can download the OS5 firmware and install it yourself manually if you desire.

It does.
I’ve tried the manual update. It goes through downloading, then times out on installing (never shows a %). After it times out, I still have access to the NAS, and can still log on, but no update.
