Not able to access my cloud home


suddenly i lost all files and not able to access the storage . all network connection still the same , ethernet connection and router port blink as usual , but router cant detect IP address of the router . when i log in to the web , it show offline . any way to access directly or do factory reset pls

People are having the same issue here.

I believe this is related to a firmware update, same happened to me. If you can connect your My Could Home directly to your PC using the ethernet cable, transfer all files off your My Cloud Home, press the reset button on the back for 60 seconds (this will delete all your content), then leave it alone until the light on the front stops blinking. For me, it had to take all night. Don’t be impatient like I was, otherwise you’ll have to start again.
