Can't access My Cloud

Hi there,
I have recently moved to a new house. Although I’ve the same internet provider, I still can’t access My Cloud. I still connect my WD My Cloud in the same manner - connecting WD direct with the router (also I’m using the same router which I used to use in my previous house) by ethernet cable. Could somebody please help me gain access to My Cloud again?

Are you trying to access locally, or remotely?

Locally, through ethernet cable. The light is constantly turned red. Even tried reseting but no change.
