I have tried to seek and find a solution. Since that came out unsuccessful I’ll try you guys
For 3 years I have had no problems getting access from my iPhone to the MyCloud back home, but for the last 2 months this is no longer possible. I keep getting this message: Drive offline. “WDMyCloud is not accessible. Local documents are available.”
Is this due to a software upgrade (since I have not changed anything) and what shall I do to regain access?
Have you tried turning off Remote Access/Cloud Access in the My Cloud Dashboard, waiting a few minutes, then turning it back on? Often that fixes issues similar to that which you are experiencing.
@L_Tuxen Who is the Admin for the device? Do you know if any changes have been made? What has the weather been like back Home??? If you can do what Bennor said to do does it show on the Dashboard>Settings>General>Cloud Access as connected? Also check under the tab Cloud Access and see if it shows connected and that your phone is still connected. See example image below. My phone is in the Middle.
