All connections done. All connectons correct. Wireless network router also with ethernet connections. New network. Wired and wireless. All working as should. OS is Win 7. Router is Linksys N600. Re-scanned the network several times and still get the message “No WD My Cloud found” Totally at a loss. Help.

did you set a static IP address outside the DHCP pool? I sugest this in general, not an fix here
use the IP address (if on DHCP get this from the router) and enter \ipaddress in file explorer. What happens?
