Network access to WD MyCloud denied

Hi. I am having difficulty in seeing a folder on my WD MyCloud Device

I can see the public folders and the files inside them with no issues

I can see the folder i want, (\WDMYCLOUD\Doug but when i try to open using file explorer windows 10 is asking for a network password

I have tried:
My Microsoft account email and password
I have tried the email and password that WD MyCloud uses when viewing from the web

I have downloaded new software updates from WD and Windows

any suggestions?
