Mycloud not showing on wd discovery and smartware

i have my cloud device

i used it on windows server 2003 to backup a folder !!

but until now i cant do anything , my cloud not showing on smartware even wd discovery

i can open it on http://192.168.1.80/ without err0r

any help

Try using a firewall rule or disabling the firewall. Also, did you try on a different computer (non Windows Server)?

Firewall already disabled :frowning:

i cant see the mycloud even on workgroup network device at(windows server)
but in another computer in seem network workgroup i can see it !!

In the MyCloud settings, did you set the Workgroup? I dont have access to a MyCloud at the moment, but I think its in the Dashboard > Settings > Network. If that fails, then its probably some security settings in Windows Server.

Hello ESMAIL_GATHUTH; do you want to create a Backup Role??, so if you want to use MYCLOUD like a Backup Role you have to use a Iperius Backup on the Carpet Public you have to create a Folder as a New then you have to role it, if you have another question please ask me.
