Mycloud no UI. Again

My Cloud OS 3 Personal & Network Attached Storage My Cloud

This used to work all the time for like years now doesn’t.
I have verified the IP address and I am able to access shares.
But
This 192.168.200.138 or 192.168.200.138/UI does not work.
How can I get the UI back?

Do you have the address set as static? If not check your router or right click on the shortcut and check to see what is showing for the address. See example image below.

After a right click on my shortcut and checking Properties.

The address shown is for my old 1st generation WDMYCLOUD that is now set up for use on my Home Network only. No internet access.

Here is mine on my Home Network. Have you tried \\WDMYCLOUD? It has OS3, Firmware
WDMyCloud v04.05.00-353 : Core F/W

Thanks for that but I got it back now, here were the steps.
Not sure if this will help someone else.

  1. Turned off Firewall and anti virus real time threat protection. (not sure if this mattered with #3)
  2. Device has solid blue light.
  3. Unplug device.
  4. Plug device back in light is yellow
  5. After 4 minutes light is blue again.
    192.168.200.138 now goes to UI (took about a minute)
