Mycloud Home not accessible

Since three days I don’t have any connection to my MyCloud device. Login fails, connection to the mycloud desk appears as a white page with no content and also the mycloud.com/hello page is not available.
Reset of the device didn’t bring any success. Also switching the server on and off didn’t help. As all my data are on this device I am quite unhappy about that situation.

My NAS also has “disappeared” from my computer. It was mapped as a network drive under Win10 (build 720) but since the recent update (to 752) is now inaccessible! The webpage opens, happily, but I cannot access my files from within Windows!
Any suggestions most welcomed!
