Mycloud Home not accessible

Since three days I don’t have any connection to my MyCloud device. Login fails, connection to the mycloud desk appears as a white page with no content and also the My Cloud Home page is not available.
Reset of the device didn’t bring any success. Also switching the server on and off didn’t help. As all my data are on this device I am quite unhappy about that situation.

My NAS also has “disappeared” from my computer. It was mapped as a network drive under Win10 (build 720) but since the recent update (to 752) is now inaccessible! The webpage opens, happily, but I cannot access my files from within Windows!
Any suggestions most welcomed!
