Device Recovering

Hi. Just tried to log into Mycloud Home and it’s not available from either Windows 10 or iOS. It just says Device Recovering.
I have rebooted via iOS and unplugged it and plugged back in but no success.
Help required.

As an update to this the app states device Recovering but logging in via the WD page states database recovery

I have the same symptom. I didn’t noticed but my other family members who used it said it started roughly two weeks ago!
