Mycloud ex4100 volume degraded

Hello all
we have a ex4100 as office primary storage raid 1 with two disks 3TB each
after disk test 1 disk failed and after buying new disk ,attaching to machine, rebuilding disk, system always show “volume /raid deraded” i have open a case in western digital days ago , (Case #022020-14486116) but still no answer. Can anyone point some light here?
