MyCloud EX4 + Plex - Failed to install

When attempting to install, it fails and claims network interuption.

Any thoughts?

What did you try after you received this error message? Did you reboot your unit? Did you run a system test? Did you check if other devices were unable to reach the Internet as well?

The error is specifically - Failed to install app. Please check the network connection and try again.

I have attempted multiple reboots and it has not helped. System test passes across the board.

Any ideas?

Just as stuck in this pit as you are. And there is not a single idea from WD site to what is causing that. In fact, I’m almost giving up on this NAS system: it’s the closest thing to a meltdown I’ve ever felt. Nothing works properly. It’s way too frustrating.
