Hi! I use mac os and safari, I cannot access to dashboard anymore, i don’t know why I get error message that tell me password is invalid. With finder i have access to wd disk but not the dashboard. I tried to reset holding the pin for 4 sec and still not working.
It work before and suddenly I cannot connect to dashboard, the ip adresse did not change. the strange thing is that it connect with files browser but cannot access dashboard, so i cannot find out how space i have left etc…
Yes i have access to dashboard for my NAS.
I solved my problem by doing a hard reset
