My loud.com device access

Greetings,

I have a couple of my cloud devices.
All are seen in iPad mobile app ‘my cloud"’
They are not present (except two of them) in web browser, Website Mycloud.com.

How can I fix it, add all the not listed devices to mycloud web access?

If everything is set properly then this is a very unusual case since your NAS works with the mobile app. As such, I’d recommend contacting WD Support for assistance. You can do so in the following link:
