Problems with ipad

Hi, there is already similar problem to mine but no solution available. My iPad is the only device at home which cannot see my wd cloud, however it was already connected and working. I had tried all standard solutions (turning off, uninstalling) nothing worked.I cannot access mycloud via web page neither. Thank you!

You should verify or check the Cloud Access Services from the dashboard of My Cloud device.
If not connected, you may refer below article to turn ON Cloud Access and recreate MyCloud.com account if not registered.
