WD MyCloud app not working iPadOS 13.1.2

On iOS 12, both the WD MyCloud app and the Files app worked to access my MyCloud Mirror devices. Since upgrading to iPadOS 13, the WD MyCloud app has to disconnect and sign in again to get one-time access to any file. With the drives connected in the WD MyCloud app, in the Files app I can “see” both devices, but I get Content Unavailable - Unknown Error. WD has confirmed they’re working on an update to the app, but they won’t give me an estimated arrival date. I need the app and the Files link to work, especially when I’m away from my office.
