MyCloud.com/setup - No files no device

Hi, I use the OS software to access mycloud.com and can see all my files, however when i use a browser either on mac or windows to mycloud.com it says no devices associated hence no files.

I tried the mycloud.com/setup but can not find the device even with mac address.

Any ideas?

Does this happen locally or remotely? If you are trying to use this to access remotely then verify remote access status on the dashboard.

Happens when on the same network so locally but also remotely too on web based apps - however all works well on the iOS app.
