My device no internet connection

I have a My Cloud 8TB but cant connect to cloud access. It has message “Connection Status
No Internet access”

I checked, there’s no problem with connection and port 80, 443 allowed on my firewall router.

Are there any port should I open?
Did my router using pooling in IP public address can be issue?
