Anyone, please help me with the errors I’m getting with my clould 4TB OS5…

  1. File system check failed
  2. Drive SMART failure

Firmware 5.26.300 and the system dashboard accessed from browser is showing healthy.

Connecting locally but Unable to connect over internet.

Attached are some screenshots when run

  1. System diagnostics → Disk test → Full test
  2. Scan disk
    options in settings page.

What color are the LED lights front and back and what are they doing, if anything?

Hi… Thanks for the immediate response…
the LED color is BLUE… stable…
not blinking or not showing red.

My firmware is 5.26.300… need to connect to internet for updating firmware to 5.27. But internet connectivity is the problem here.

Data backed up. Is there any possibility to repair hard disk?
