My cloud NAS was working fine and suddenly it stopped working and it doesn’t come up on the network anymore.
Its IP address is not showing so, I don’t know what IP to use for it on the URL browser.
I need a useful info on how to get this resolved
@unclemaas What brand of Computer/Device and Operating System are you using? Have you rebooted your WD My Cloud, Router and Computer to see if this would solve the problem?
