WD My Cloud Not Visible on PC Local Network

I’m having problems with MYCloud Ex2 Ultra NAS. I had a power cut on Friday . Since then I haven’t been able to get the NAS on PC local network. It is showing as connected on Window 10 devices .I have pinged the NAS IP , this is showing no loss packages .I have checked the SBM settings . But when I do a network diagnosting . I get an error saying the WDMYCloud cannot be found. Has anyone come across this problem and know a solution please?

Have you already rebooted your router to see if that will cause it to show?
