My Cloud not connecting

hello, so today I set up a new modem and router thus changing all my wifi settings… my My Cloud worked prior to the switch, although now it is not.  the light is blue but failing to connect I tried to mycloud set up and it failed to set up. I am stuck and dont know what to do. It is really bugging me and if anyone who knows what I need to do can help me that would be fantastic. thanks  -Sam

As you have changed your router and stuff, the IP address of your NAS has probably changed on your local network. Check out the UI of your router to find the IP address it gave to your NAS and enter that IP address in your browser to access the UI.
