My Cloud Home Doesn't Play Music on Alexa

My Alexa command is: “Alexa, random play music from My Cloud.”
Alexa’s response after about 10 seconds, “My Cloud Home could not complete your request in time. Please try again.” Each try, same thing.

Don’t know what happened! It worked for about two weeks! Removed and re-installed. Still does not work. My Cloud Home P/N WDBVXC0020HWT-00.

Thank you very much! After carefully reading the article, I disabled My Cloud Home from Alexa. Then I re-enabled it with my Amazon login name and password. After that, I linked My Cloud with the proper My Cloud login name and password. Bingo! It works now!
