MyCloud (2nd Gen) device showing a red exclamation Fault under Drive Status. I’ve done both quick test & full test and also system test under utilities which shows no issues. I am still able to access the files on the MyCloud device and the LED is still blue.
What is wrong with it? What do I do?
Appreciate any support here.

Run a system diagnostic test to see if any issues are found.

Note: If your My Cloud is running OS5 (v5.x firmware) one should see the dedicated OS5 My Cloud subforum as there may be suggestions specific to OS5.

My suggestion, shut your device down, unplug it, wait for a while, and then plug it back in.
Where is your device located and is it located and installed according to the User Manual?

I did a reboot and what did you know, it is now showing as ‘Healthy’ status. Not sure what happened. But thank you!
