I am trying to get my Samsung Android phone connected to the WD MyCloud, Part Number: WDBCTL0040HWT-00. My phone is connected wirelessly to the same network as the drive. I can access the drive from my laptop but not from my phone. the MyCloud App keeps NOT recognizing the drive, it is ON & accessible by laptop, and requires me to enter a Device Code. I do not have the Quick Install Guide nor is there a Device Code on the bottom of the Device, any guidance as to how I can get the Device Code and know why the app is not working? thanks in advance
I do not have any of those as my Samsung cannot even see the WD drive despite being on the same network. I even used a USB-C connection for ethernet and still would not find it.

If you get yours set up, you can get to the Dashboard on your phone by entering its address in the browser you use on your phone. See example image below. Example address \\192.168.1.83
