My cloud cant show content of external my book WD HD

for some reason on my media sharing setup my “WD my cloud” can ID the external “WD my book” and also can see the content in general (amount of Gb) but on data update process he cant see the content in terms of files (photo’s,videos,Doc…).

I tried several solutions such as: disconnect and connect “my book HD” ,turn off and on “my cloud HD”, re-scan and rebuild features but the results are the same, “my cloud HD” can see the my book and cant present the content/data.

any other suggestion ?

Have you enabled Media Serving on the WD My Book Share in the My Cloud Dashboard?

Yes, it was ok since the last 6-8 month and after a power loss, after power restart the phenomena started.
