My Book 3TB External Drive stopped working

My external drive, My Book (S/N [Deleted - Trancer], M/N WDBACW0030HBK) is not working. I tried using it in different computers and different platforms. I am able to see the drive in the Disk Management and also in the My Computer. But I am not able to open the Drive. 

Have you tried using another USB cable? Also try running a DLG test.
