hello guys can anyone help me out since i bought MyCloud Home 8TB (Single) i can’t getting full speed that i should get while transfering files… my wifi plan is 100Mbps optic fiber connection with ZTE router has giga port… also has differnt WIFI 6 Router by TP-Link Archer AX3000… with LAN cable i get only 6mbps transfer only some times it get to ZERO for while… or if i connect with WIFI 5Ghz it gaves 12mbps not much… i read many topic or some website people says they get 60mbps or plus even in product reviews on YouTube they said you get 80mbps plus…
please help me out with this thing… i bought it in july finding everywhere for this problem can’t get solution…
