Lost the admin password for my EX4100. Tried the 40 second reset button and still cannot reset my NAS.
Any clues?

please try to use your admin user and it’s password you used prior the OS5 upgrade.

Try the 4-second reset method. If that doesn’t work, contact WD.
I know the 4-second reset works for me. Only needed it because my password manager buggered up when I entered a new password during the upgrade process.
