Logon as an admin

Hi,
I setup mycloud mirror months ago but never used it. Now I would like to access the dashboard and I don’t remember the admin pass.
I tried 4 times to reset it, and it seems to reboot. Still, with blank password or admin/Admin it doesn’t recognize.
I’m using mac and one of the things that I realized is that I can access to the logon site by http://wdmycloudmirror and not by http://wdmycloudmirror.local/ as they originally advise.

Can any of you help out?
