Login service unavailable

Hi,
I have a problem on the login form.
Can you please solve it? I have really important documents to access right now.

Still not working after 5 minutes of tries. I’m on MacOS Catalina.

I note that this is the last problem I encountered with this very pooooor technology device.

10 minutes of tries, still not working. I need to access my files RIGHT NOW on MacOS Finder, not via browser.

Still not working. Login service unavailable.

Having the same issue. Brand New Just bought it a week ago.

Exactly same issue here. It´s driving me crazy!

You must report this to WD. Other people having similar issues, bu
t no action from WD apparently.

It’s not working on both Systems. Neither on Mac nor on Windows!

Thanks Luca, Keep us posted.

I found a workaround if you have physical access to your device. Connect it via USB then it will detect the device, then disconnect the USB id you will still be connected. I did that and I can still access my files wireless. Give it a try.

WD you need to fix this issue. We are losing productive time troubleshooting this device and not hearing from you guys is unacceptable.

@luca_crippa88 It’s working now for me. I Just tried it again and it seems to be working.
