Login servie unavailable

How could I connect to my Home Duo using WD Discovery desktop interface? I bought a new MBP, installed WD Discovery, entered Email and Password, but the message of “Login Service Unavailable” pops all the time… Checked with Customer Service, no better. Desperated.
It still works fine on web, on mobile, on my old laptop. So connection should not be a problem. Just the compatibility to my macOS Catalina 10.15.5 MacBook Pro 2020.

There was an issue with WD Discovery that could have caused the error Login Service Unavailable. And the issue has been solved now.

Please try to reboot your computer and log into the app again. Please check the link below:

If the reboot does not correct the issue, please collect WD Discovery logs and send it to us. We’ll help to escalate the case to our engineering team.
